RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is Cetrix first priority. Each validated / eligible return request shall be given a full refund within 30 days.
To ensure quality and reliability - in the event of damaged or incompatible orders, please review the Exchange & Returns policy procedures carefully.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


  • The items to be exchanged or returned must be shipped back to us within 30 business days upon receipt of items, at customers’ expense. The items must have original tags attached, must be unused, and must be sent along with the official receipt/invoice from purchase.
  • Refunds can be made within 30 days upon receipt of the returned shipment. If the customer is exchanging an item, we will ship the new item(s) if they are in stock; otherwise, we will send a refund.
  • Return items must be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. Cetrix will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • If the items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 7 business days of the original date of receipt.
  • In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure that returns are handled quickly and fairly. Customers are welcome to request a return on applicable items within 45 days of original date of receipt.
